On pay as you go, ticket fees come from organizer proceeds; vendor fees are collected once per approved vendor per show, from booth proceeds when possible or through organizer billing. Free admission and manual/pay-at-venue ticket payments carry no online-ticket platform fee. Manual Pro billing can be arranged without API credentials.

Who pays the platform fees?
On pay as you go, $0.99 per paid online ticket comes from organizer proceeds. Organizers pay $1.25 for each approved vendor per show, even when a vendor books multiple booths. Vendor fees come from the first booth payment when possible; otherwise, they are payable from Plan & billing.
What does the monthly commitment mean?
ShowNow Pro is $125 each month for at least 12 months: $1,500 total. It continues monthly after that. You can schedule cancellation from your billing portal; it takes effect after your minimum term and paid billing period.
How does the free plan work?
ShowNow manages AdEngine advertising on your public show and account pages. Organizers cannot remove or replace those ads. Choose a paid plan for an experience without ShowNow ads.
