Find your tickets

Enter the email used at checkout or the address your ticket was transferred to. Ticket links are sent privately to that address.

Check spam or junk folders. Allow a few minutes for delivery.

Account or platform help

Reset your password or open Your account to manage security and switch organizations.

Contact weldon@weldonpc.com. Include your show name and order number if available. Never send passwords, card details or recovery codes.

Event changes and refunds

Your organizer decides event refunds and cancellations. Use the contact and policy information on the show's website. If you cannot find it, contact platform support with the show name.
