ShowNow service terms

Your account and your show

Use accurate contact and business information. Keep passwords, recovery codes and private ticket links secure. Organizers are responsible for their event information, admission and refund policies, vendor arrangements, permissions and the content they publish. Only invite people you authorize to manage your show.

Platform plans

• Pay as you go: $0.99 per paid online ticket and $1.25 per approved vendor per show. Free admission tickets and tickets paid manually outside ShowNow have no online-ticket platform fee.
• ShowNow Pro: $125 per month with a 12-month minimum, a $1,500 commitment. Ticket and vendor platform fees are waived during verified paid coverage. Cancellation is scheduled after the minimum term and the current paid period. Monthly payment obligations continue until cancellation takes effect. Manual Pro payments are arranged with ShowNow and recorded by the platform owner; ShowNow does not automatically charge an outside payment method.
• Ad-supported: no platform subscription, ticket or vendor fees. ShowNow controls AdEngine advertising displayed on your show and account pages.

All amounts are USD. Payment-processing fees are separate on every plan. Previously accrued vendor fees remain payable after a plan change. Pro coverage begins after payment; pay-as-you-go fees apply when there is no current paid coverage. See pricing before choosing or changing a plan.

Purchases, refunds and cancellation

For online checkout, organizers receive proceeds through their connected Stripe accounts. For manual payments, organizers collect money directly and record received payments in ShowNow. An unpaid reservation is not admission and expires at its displayed deadline. A recorded manual refund means the organizer already returned money outside ShowNow. Organizers handle event-related support and refund decisions. Review the show's published refund and cancellation policy before purchasing. ShowNow's platform plan is separate from an attendee's ticket or a vendor's booth purchase. Contact the organizer first about an event change, cancellation or purchase problem; platform support can help you locate your tickets.

Acceptable use

Do not create spam accounts, impersonate others, collect attendee information without permission, publish unlawful content, interfere with another account, or attempt to bypass payment, admission or security controls. Access may be suspended while abuse or payment issues are investigated. Contact support to dispute an account restriction.

Data and communications

Transactional messages support account security, purchases and actions requested by users. Organizers must have permission for their communications and lead collection. Our privacy notice explains the information handled by the platform.

Changes and support

Published plan prices and accepted commitments are recorded with the account. Contact WeldonPC about a billing error, account export or cancellation assistance. Material changes to an existing commercial commitment require notice; they do not silently rewrite the price already accepted for that commitment.
