Privacy at ShowNow

Information we use

We handle account and contact details, organization memberships, show and vendor information, orders and tickets, attendance records, documents you provide, appointment and lead information you choose to share, and operational security records. Server logs may include IP addresses, request information and timestamps. Signup and request limits also use hashed identifiers.

Why we use it

This information runs accounts and shows, processes purchases, delivers requested messages, controls access, detects abuse and supports organizers and customers. Essential session cookies maintain sign-in and protect forms. Private ticket and account-recovery links grant access; do not share them publicly.

Who receives it

Show organizers and authorized staff can access information needed for their show. Vendors receive their own applications, purchases and leads shared with them. ShowNow platform administrators support the service. Stripe processes card payments and connected-account payouts; card details are entered through Stripe payment interfaces. Advertising

Free accounts display ShowNow-controlled ads provided through AdEngine.us. Ad requests and clicks may share browser, network and placement information with AdEngine. Organizer-paid plans do not display these ShowNow ads. An organizer's own sponsor listings are separate from platform advertising.

Choices and retention

You can update profile information and request an account export or correction through support. Lead forms require an explicit choice to share contact information. We retain information for its service, security and business purpose; financial and audit records may need to remain after account access ends. A deletion request does not automatically cancel a purchase or a billing commitment. We may ask you to verify your identity before disclosing or changing personal information.

Event-specific information

Each organizer controls its own event policies and how it follows up with attendees and vendors. Review the show's policies and direct event-specific privacy questions to that organizer. Contact WeldonPC if you cannot reach them or need help identifying the appropriate account.
